1.Function: Asking about and describing past actions.
2.Words and Drills:
Go-went eat-ate write-wrote read-read make-made ride-rode sing-sang drink-drank
-What did you/she/he/they do this morning?

-Did you/she/he/they go to the beach after that?
-No, I/she/he/they didn’t. I/she/he/they went to the park.

Teaching Procedures:
一、Free talking.
1、Ask and answer.
_What day was it yesterday?
_What was the weather like yesterday?
-What did you do last night?
-Did you study English yesterday evening?...
2、Say out the verbs’ past tense.
二、Presentation:
1、Let each group talk about and study V ocabulary.
2. Show students’ jobs and assessment.
3. Show PPT, listen , look and learn the new words.
-Did he go to work yesterday?
-Yes, he did.
-He went to work yesterday.
-Did he go to work last Sunday?
-No, he didn’t. He didn’t go to work last Sunday….
4、Play a game. Hide-and-seek.
5、Show PPT and Target
-What did you/she/he/they do this morning?
-I/ she/he/they read a book.
-Did you/she/he/they go to the beach after that?
-No, I/she/he/they didn’t. I/she/he/they went to the park. 6. Practice the dialogue.
三、Practice
1、Listen, read and check. Then write the answers on the paper.
2、Ask and answer.

3.Read the information above to finish the passage.
