识别所学生词、短语和含有-ed的形容词，听懂它们所在句子和段落的含义并获取信息；听懂对过去事件的回忆并获取信息；听懂其他介绍的旅游情况的资源并获取信息。

准确无误地说出EVERYDAY ENGLISH对话中的回应方式；熟练运用过去时间表达法进行回忆；熟练介绍旅游和地理风光；流利地说出包含本模块生词、短语以及含有-ed的句子和段落。

理解过去时间表达法所给予的信息；理解模块提供的和来自同学生活及其他资源有关介绍旅游的材料并获取信息；理解所学生词、短语，尤其是-ed作定语的句子及段落，正确获取信息。

Period 1, Module 3: Listening and speaking

（一）教学内容与目标

1．话题内容:

Describe one’s experience.

2．知识目标: a. Learn important words “out of date, absolutely, definitely” and important patterns:

“Excuse me…

Could I… ? Could I possibly…?

Would you mind if……?

I am sorry but …… The fact is that…”

b. Understand the listening materials.

3．能力目标a. Help the Ss learn how to use expressions of being polite in different situations. b. Help the Ss learn how to ask or answer the questions after listening and retell the story.

c. Enable the Ss to learn the ways of responding to a speaker and showing interest

in conversation.

Step 1: Function (15 mins) 1.

问题导入: When communicating with others, some words sound uncomfortable. Then,

learning how to be polite in speaking is necessary. 2.

活动: Task 1: Look at the picture and tell what is possibly happening. Task 2: Read through the conversation and say what the ticket inspector wants. Task 3: Discuss these questions. Task 4: Make up a dialogue. Task 5: Add more lines to the conversation. Use one or more of these questions to make the conversation longer.
