一、教学目标:

1、利用问句导入单词,帮助学生学习Look and learn 中的核心词汇。

2、通过Think and write有关方向的练习,帮助学生初步感知核心句型。

3、在真实的语境中灵活运用句型。

二、教学重点:

1、词汇:post office ,walk along , turn left , turn right ,between...and... , flower shop , hospital , toy shop 2、句型:Excuse me. How do I get to...? Walk along ... Turn ...at ... Thank you very much. You’re welcome.

三、教学难点:

1、读准单词的发音,正确书写单词,记住单词的意思。

2、正确掌握句子的结构。

四、教学方法:

1、情境教学法

2、合作探究法

3、课堂展示交流法

六、教学过程:

(一)Pre-task preparations 1、Warm-up T :Hello,Good morning everyone! Ask students to show me your hands,then clap your hands, T: Act like me:Up Up Up, Down Down Down, Front Front Front, Back Back Back 2、Look,What’s this in my left hand? S:... What’s this in my right hand? S:... Ok,now show me your left hands and right hands. 3、Ask one student to stand up and answer some questions. Who sits on your left? Who sits on your right? 出示单词: left right (二)While-task procedures 1、Look at these places,创设情境,利用询问的方式,引出单词flower shop , hospital , toy shop,post office。 (Look at these places,according what you are listing,choose which place should you go) Eg: T: If I want to buy some flowers,Where should I go ? S: You can go to a flower shop . T: If I want to buy some toys for my cousin,Where should I go ? S: You can go to a toy shop .

T:Now,I miss my friends, I want to post a letter to my friend,Where can I go ? S: You can go to the post office . T: Today,I am not feeling well,I want to see the doctor.Now where can I go? S: You can go to the hospital . 出示单词:flower shop , hospital , toy shop,post office。 (1)要求学生听并跟读 (2)Ask the line one by one to read them. (3) I point, you read it. 2、I divide you into 3 groups,G1、G2、G3. T: Where is the G1? Is it in my left or right? S:... T: Where is the G2? Is it in my left or right? S:... T: Where is the G3? S: 在中间

T: It’s in the middle.We can say :“It’s between G1 and G2”

出示 between ... and ... 通过ppt让学生能熟练运用这个词汇。

a people is standing on the road,who is she/he?

S: They’re traffic cops. They direct the traffic every day.They secure our safe travel.Besides,they helped students and old people cross the street,they helped push the car on their own,so they are great,we must salute to them,because it’s an honor to help others. 要求学生听并跟读 I act, you read it. PPT出示Think and write,let students do it and check it. 4.

There are two streets in our classroom,the street is called Winter street,another street is called Spring Street. T:Look, what am I doing? S: You’re walking.

T: Which road? S:Winter street T: I walk on the Winter street,you can say:“I walk along the Winter street”

出示walk along 通过同样的方式询问第二条街,让学生练习这个词汇。

T: He helped Kitty find the way to the post office,We should learn the spirit of helping others.Because it’s an honor to help others. (三)、Post-task activities.

教师出示图片,让学生运用本节课的知识点分组展开活动,画出路线并说一说。

T:Do you know how to ask the way and answer? S:Yes. T:Now,group work.There are 4 places,Each group choose one place to talk about it. 最后每组分别展示他们成果。

T:Through the group work,we solve these problems and get

the right answers,do you feel happy? S:Yes. T:You’re wonderful.I give you a silk banner,let’s read it together(it’s an honor to help others.)

(四)、Homework 1. Read the dialogue on page 58. 2. Talk about your favourite place around the school. After class,please do the homework.Class is over,goodbye. (五)、Blackboard design Around the city
