本节课选自外研版出版社的小学六年级上册 Module 8 Unit1 Do you often play with dolls?第一课时。Module 8主要通过学习与活动突出对一般现在时态中的频度副词often, sometimes, always和never的学习和运用,

描述行为,习惯和爱好。所以本课的学习重点是在理解对话内容、学习本课重点语句的同时,帮助困难学生全面掌握 often 句型的各种句式,强化复习

like doing…句式的运用。

通过询问他人是否喜欢或经常做某件事,谈论习惯爱好,以便与人交流自己和他人的生活习惯和行为爱好,增强彼此之间的了解

教学目标

1、知识目标:学习认读功能句Do you often play with dolls? Do you often clean your room? Not really. Not very often.的理解与运用。新授单词:often clean film复习强化Do you like reading books now? Yes, of course. 2、技能目标:能够听懂会说本模块句型,能灵活运用功能句谈论习惯爱好,部分学生能正确运用称与动词写几个表达自己和他人爱好的句子。

3、情感目标:在主动参与集体活动中分享交谈与学习的乐趣。

三、学情分析

通过平时的观察和了解,我们五年级的孩子已学了近三年的英语,也已掌握了一定的英语基础,词汇、语法、话题表达等。同时,他们具备了一定的听、说、读、写能力,也能够用简单的英语进行交流和表达自己。当然,六年级的孩子对英语还充满的兴趣,充满着好奇。因此,教学中,应从学生已有的知识、能力、经验和兴趣出发,根据教学内容,采用灵活的教学方法,精心设计教学活动,促使学生在参与、实践、体验、合作与交流活动中学习、运用并掌握知识,进一步发展综合语言运用能力,稳定英语学习兴趣。

四、教学方法

1、合理使用多媒体辅助教学,增加课堂趣味性。

2、采用“任务型”教学活动策略,合理开展role play等英语教学活动。

五、教学重难点

根据本课的教学目标及学生学情确立本课的重难点如下:

重点:学习policeman,worker,nurse,

taxi driver,

late,factory,at eight o’clock,She is a nurse等单词、短语和结构及其运用;

难点:准确运用My father goes to work at seven o’clock every morning. What does he do? He is a…这类结构及对课文内容的理解。

六、教学过程设计

Step1: Greeting and Warming-up

1. Greet to everyone.

2. A free talk about “ What do you often do after class?”

(设计意图:课件出示课外活动的活动,让学生活跃英语学习氛围,复习句型教学中一些游戏活动的表达法,学习呈现often 的简单运用)。

Step 2: Presentation

1、Play the CD-ROM and listen. Question: What are Amy and Lingling doing? Answer: They are looking at photos. (板书课题:Module 8 Unit1 Looking at photos.)

T: How many photos are there?

S5: There are three photos.

T: What is Amy doing in picture1/2/3?

S6: Amy is playing with dolls.

S7: Amy is reading books.

S8: Amy is cleaning her room. (第一遍听录音,了解本文人物,活动,谈论的对象。学习新词clean)

2、Watch the video again and repeat. Pre-watching questions:

Does Amy often play with dolls?

Does Amy like reading books now?

Does Amy often clean her room? Answers: Not really. She stopped a long time ago.

Yes, of course. She often reads stories.

Not very often.

(设计意图:引导学生掌握这节课的重点知识。)

Step 3: Practice 1、Read after the teacher. 2、Read by themselves and circle and word “often”.

3、Read in roles.

Group1-Amy

Group2- Lingling.

4、Act it out... (熟读课文,各种方式朗读文本内容并复述。)

Step 4. Group work T: Amy loved picture books. Do you love picture books? Ss: Yes. T: Do you want to see my picture books? Ss: Yes, I'd love to.

T: I’ll show you.

(出示自制图画书,逐页投影。复习图片上的短语:go to see films,

ride a bike,

dance...)

T: There are many pictures. Each group chooses a picture and say out a phrase about it. e.g. A: I like this picture. He’s /she’s /they’re speaking English. Do you like speaking English?

B: Yes, of course. Do you often speak English? A: Not very often.

1、本节课基本达到预设的教学目标,学生掌握了重点句型Do you like …? Do you often…?

并能在情景中自主运用。由于备课环节我已尽力,呈现自己比较满意的环节和方法,现就整节课存在的细节问题予以梳理:

2、体现任务性教学。从课前呈现任务know more about you.到show my picture books, Do a survey.让学生带着真实情景去用英语做事交流。
