Step 1 Warming up

1.

Enjoy a song (the more we get together). Divide the whole class into two groups, if they do a good job，They can get a magic apple for their group. 2. Lead in the title of Unit 6: In a nature park.

Step 2 Presentation 1. Learn new words: village and house (1)Show a picture of my new room and ask them “what’s in the park?”

T: Look! Welcome to Nature Park. Wow, it is very beautiful! Let’s see. What are these? T: What’s this? S1: It is a house. T: What are these? S1: village T: There is a house in the park…….. 2.

Learn the other words: tree, bridge and building,. 3.

Practice the words: village and house tree, bridge and building. Find their partners and chant together. Chant: In the park, there is a house in the park. In the park, there is a village in the park. In the park, there is a tree in the park. In the park, there is a bridge in the park. In the park, there is a building in the park.

4 .Learn the pattern: there be

Show a picture of the nature park and use the new pattern to introduce the park. There is a tree in the park. There are many trees in the park.

Step 3 Consolidation and extension Activity 1: Write and say Every four students divide into a group. Write four sentences about the picture of the park and read it for us. Activity2. I’m a designer. Every group get three papers to draw the nature park and the teacher invite some students to the front to introduce their pictures. Step4 Summary and Homework 1.
