一、教学目标:

1.知识目标:

1)学生能听、说、认读单词:great、report、stick、fantastic,并能在真实情景中运用。

2)学生能运用I’ll draw the pictures. I'll write the report. What will you do,Sam? I'll cut the paper.

2.技能目标:

1)学生能听、说、认读单词:great, report, stick, fantastic。

2)学生学会提问和回答将要做的事情(句型: What will you do? I’ll…),并能联系实际进行拓展应用,解决生活中的实际问题。

3.情感目标:让学生初步获得学习的成功感,培养学生学习英语的兴趣和自信心,形成良好的合作学习的态度。

二、教学重难点

三、学情分析:

四年级学生对英语学习有着浓厚的兴趣,求知欲强,有较强的模仿力,表演欲望比较强。在学习本课之前应具备的基本知识和技能:学生经过近四年的英语学习,具备一定的听、说、读、写的英语基本技能,能够在教师的指导下进行任务型活动的开展,能通过小组合作、讨论、交流等方式运用英语做事情。学生在三年级时已经接触过将来时态,能够理解“will”表示“将要”这一含义。但对如何办英语手抄报是第一次接触,尤其

是对report, stick, cut, fantastic 等单词比较陌生。

四、教学准备:

PPT课件、单词卡片、点读笔、CD-Ro m、胶水、纸、剪刀。

五、教学过程:

Step1. Warmer

1、Greetings.

2、分组:

T:We will have an English class, we will have a match. This group is Group 1. This group is Group 2. This group is Group 3.If you do a good job, you can get a star.

3、Say the chant《Solomon Grundy》.

4、Now look at the picture. There are three sheep.What are they talking? Let's watch the cartoon and answer: What are the sheep good at?

5、Listen and repeat.

6、Let's get voice.

Step 2.Lead in

T:Look! What is this? (出示一张报纸)

S: It is an English newspaper.

T: Is it beautiful?

S: Yes.

T: The newspaper is fantastic!(学习单词:fantastic) Do you wa nt to make an English newspaper like this?

Ss: Yes.

T: Do you know how to make an English newspaper? Our frie nds will make an English newspaper. Let’s l earn Module6Unit1I' ll draw the pictures.

Step3、Presentation

1、Show the pictures: Look! Sam, Amy, Lingling and Daming are so happy. Why? Let’s watch the cartoon and find out. T: Why are they happy ?

S: Because they'll make an English newspaper.

T: They’ll make an English newspaper. So Amy is very happy and says: That’s a great idea. (学习great)

2、Listen and answer the questions:

1) What’s the English newspaper about?

2) What will Daming do? (Teach the sentence:I'll draw the pic tures.)

3) What will Amy do? (Learn to say the sentence: I'll write th e reports. The word: report)

4) What will Sam do? (Teach the sentences: What will you do? I'll cut the paper.)

5) What will Lingling do? (Learn to say the word: stick)

6) How is their newspaper?

6. Act the text.
