Teaching aims：

1. 能听懂、读懂故事的主要情节和内容; 2. 学生通过老师借助身体表演、实物等形式的学习、感悟和理解，能指认和说出新学的单词:tired, thirsty, water, milk, cola, juice, tea，hot，cold; 并能理解会运用句子：

--Do you have any …? --Yes , I do . / No, I don’t 3.能培养学生的英语兴趣

Teaching emphasis : 1.理解故事大意并朗读故事人物对话;

2.认读故事中出现的新单词. Teaching difficulty :

1.理解并认读词汇:tired,thirsty,water,milk,cola，

juice, tea，hot，cold；

2.初步运用--Do you have any …? --Yes , I do . / No, I don’t的句型进行对话. Teaching aids: objects,body language Teaching process：

一、【导入】激趣导入，引入新课

Warm up： 1.Greeting

2.Do a game: happy,happy,ha ha ha angry,angry,heng heng heng cry,cry,wu wu wu shy,shy,mm mm mm T: Wow, the game is very interesting,and you’re soexcellent. But I’m so …(师做很累很疲倦的动作，引出单词tired,并板书) 又I’m not only tired,but also thirsty.可引出thirsty单词

(Present Topic:

Unit 9 Hot Soup Lesson 1 I’m thirsty .)

Learn new words one by one：

T: Now look at me: What’s this ? (出示一瓶矿泉水，引出water) 跟师学习新单词，并引出句子--Do you have any water? --Yes , I do . / No, I don’t

以同样的方法，一一呈现新单词milk, cola，juice, tea， 并引出新单词hot，cold以及It’s hot . It’s cold.；

二、【运用】练习新知，初尝运用

a. 用所学的单词以多种形式练习句型

b. 出示教材P26 Part 1，Listen and read.

师先读，生听并跟读

生读，师听；生表演，师看

c. Discussion in groups.

d. Show the dialog in pairs.

三、【总结】总结所学，查漏补缺

四、【活动】趣玩新知，巩固加强

Make a chant：
