Module 5 Unit2 They were young.

一、教材分析

本课是选自三年级起点第四册第五模块第二单元“They were young.”,课文中展示了三组说明过去与现在不同的图片，这三组图片对比向学生揭示了这样一个道理：事物是会变化的，要用发展的眼光看事物。本单元的学习重点是用“wasn’t, weren’t”谈论过去的事情和情况，引导学生会用一般过去时态的否定式来表达完整的句子。

二、学生分析

我的班级有50个学生，18个女生，32个男生，他们的年龄大约在10岁。大多数学生是来自城中村，他们好奇心强，学习态度积极，爱模仿，容易被英语中一些新奇的事物吸引，所以他们对课件里的动画和声音感兴趣，因此在课堂上我使用多媒体、游戏和歌谣来提高学生的课堂积极性，使学生可以在多媒体所营造的生动氛围中进行创新思维，打破传统教学的束缚，培养学生自主学习、自我创新的精神。

三、教学目标

1、知识目标: （1）学生能听、说、认读单词：wasn’t, weren’t， dirty, clean。 （2）学生能运用句型：He /She /It /I wasn’t …then; They /You weren’t …then。

2、能力目标: （1）学生能在插图的帮助下理解故事的主要内容，能流利朗读课文。

（2）学生能运用本课时的句型描述现在与过去的差别。

（3）学生能正确使用一般过去时的否定句。

3、情感目标: （1）激发学生爱护教室卫生和校园卫生环境的情感，增强环保责任感。

（2）帮助学生感受事物的不断变化，树立积极乐观的生活态度。

四、教学重难点

（1）学生能听、说、认读本单元的单词。 （2）学生能运用本课时的句型描述现在与过去的差别。

（3）学生能正确使用一般过去时的否定句。

Step 1 Warm up 1

Greetings. T ：Good morning, boys and girls. How are you today? Ss: I’m fine. Thank you! And how are you? T: I’m fine too. Today, we will have a competition. I will divide you into two groups. Let me see which group is the last winner. Are you ready? Ss: Yes! 2.
