本单元的话题为Animals in danger,本节课通过关于熊猫、华南虎和蓝鲸的语篇，介绍这几种动物以前的数量及现在的数量，帮助学生理解和学习There was/were…句型的用法，同时通过对比理解一般现在时和一般过去时的用法区别。

面向全体学生，小组合作交流，让学生在真实的情

境中进行语言交流活动，提高学生的语用能力，增强学生的学习兴趣。

1. 知识与能力：能听、说、读、写本课的核心词汇：thousand, hundred, wild, in danger, in the past, in the wild;能熟练掌握核心句型：In the past, there were many pandas.

【教学反思】

本节课是六年级上册第五单元的课文，以“野生动物”展开话题，并复习英语数字的表达及There were…句型，谈论某种动物过去和现在的数量变化。

在教学设计方面，我主要采用任务型教学，教学环节清晰，承接自然，让学生在完成这个环节很自然地过渡到另一个环节。这是一篇阅读课，主要提到三种动物处于危险状态：第一步，我以与动物有关歌曲引入，让学生尽快进入学习英语的状态，再由几幅动物悲惨的图片引入主题；第二步，通过三次阅读完成不同的任务（课文里提出哪些动物处在危险状态？这些动物居住在哪？以什么为食？为什么处在危险状态？）。在课堂操作方面也较成功，我始终以学生为中心，真正做到教师是课堂的引导者和组织者，让学生以个人或小组的形式完成不同的任务，层层递进，让学生在完成各任务的同时训练了他们各方面的语言能力，充分体现了以学生为主体的现代教学观。教师与

学生配合比较默契，我在教学过程以竞赛贯穿整个教学，这符合学生不服输的特点，所以学生在整的课堂都能保持比较热烈的气氛，学生的参与度也较广，所以最后的环节也达到了这节课的高潮。不足之处是在教学语言方面还有待提高，如果能使用更多的鼓励的语言，学生学习英语的兴趣会更高。
