二、学情分析

本课的教学对象为普通面上中学高三学生。学生的学习成绩一般，尤其是英语科。对英语科的学习动机不强，学习兴趣不浓，自学能力不足，英语科基础薄弱。针对以上特点，培养学生对单元单词、短语和句型的掌握，减少学生学习英语的压力，提高写作兴趣。

三、教学内容分析

本节课以讲解单元内容Learning about Language为主，试图让学生学会加深对课文的理解，提高阅读理解兴趣。
