new

一、教学目标:
1.能听懂、会说、会读单词:pilot, aeroplane, singer, star, suddenly,lifeguard,save,chick,brave。
2.能听懂、会说、会读句子:… want(s) to be a /an … . … be good at …
3.能在老师的指导下有感情地朗读这个故事,并尝试表演。
4.在学习过程中能理解故事的趣味性和寓意,并能表达自己的梦想。
二、教学重点:
1.能听懂、会说、会读单词:pilot, aeroplane, singer, star, suddenly,lifeguard,save,chick,brave。
2.能听懂、会说、会读句子:… want(s) to be a /an …. … be good at …
三、教学难点:
1.能在老师的指导下有感情地朗读这个故事,并尝试表演。
2.在学习过程中能理解故事的趣味性和寓意,并能表达自己的梦想。
四、教学过程:
1.Warming up ① Free talk T: Today I'm your new teacher. Nice to meet you.
I want to know something about you. What's your name? What's your hobby?
② Enjoy a song Boys and girls, do you like singing? Here's a funny song for you.(出示歌曲) In the song, we can hear some animals' dream jobs.
What does the pig/mouse want to be in the song? S: He wants to be a teacher/a policeman. 2.Presentation ① T:Today, we will meet a new animal friend.
Look, who's he? (出示frog) S: Frog. T:Frog is cute, so we also can call it froggy. (学生自己试着读单词Froggy) Today, we will talk about, Froggy's new job.(揭题)
② T: Look at the title, do you have any questions about this title? (学生尝试围绕课题问问题) S: What's Froggy's new job?
Does Froggy like his new job?
Why does he have a new job? T: I have the same question with you.(PPT出示问题) Let's listen to the story and find the answer. (PPT播放故事) T: Boys and girls, can you find the answer?
What's his new job?
S: He is a lifeguard.(教lifeguard) ③ T: Before being a lifeguard, what does frog want to be?Look at the pictures, can you find answers?
引出
pilot, singer并教授,注意朗读指导。
T: At first, Froggy wants to be a pilot.
Why does he want to be a pilot? S: Because, he wants to fly an aeroplane. (教aeroplane)
T: Can he be a pilot?
S: No! T: Why? S: He is afraid of flying. (读好:Help!Help! It's too high!)生边说边表演
T: Good job! Now let's read and try to act this passage. ④ T: Froggy can't be the pilot. So then he wants to be a
singer. Why does he want to be a singer? Can he be a singer and why? Boys and girls, try to read picture 2 and fill in the blanks. (生读图2 尝试填空

Can he be a star? S: No! He's not good at singing. T: He sings badly. ⑤ T: Froggy can't be a pilot and he can't be a singer either. But we know Froggy becomes a lifeguard, right? What happened?

读并表演
⑥ T: Froggy saves the chick. What do you think of him?
引导学生说
brave wonderful 等. What does the lifeguard say? S: You're brave. 出示句子You are brave. 教brave T: Pay attention to this word "says" 读音与say区别T: Froggy jumps into the lake. So he is good at swimming. Does he want to be a lifeguard? S: Yes, he does. T: Yes, Froggy likes his new job very much. (Read and act)
3. Read and judge ① T: Well done! Let's read the whole passage together.
Then try to finish the exercise . (师生齐读短文)
生完成纸上相关练习。
② Check the answers.
4. Consolidation ①
Try to retell the story.(小组里试着说一说) Choose one picture ② T: From the story we know Froggy is brave. He never gives his dream up. So at last he becomes a lifeguard.
For me, I love children. I am good at English . the chick. to retell.
So now I'm an English teacher. Teacher is my dream job.
I never give my dream up. I'm successful.
What about you? Do you have a dream job? Ten years later, what will you be? Talk about with your partner. (小组里互相说一说) ③ T: Boys and girls, we all have dreams.
