Teaching aims:

2 . Be able to use the sentence "There is /are... " to describe your living environment.

3.Can finish the task "Look, write and say" with pictures.

Teaching important points:

Master the azimuth words and the sentence patterns of "there be ". Teaching difficult points:

1.Can use the sentence patterns of "there be" in real life.

2. Can use the azimuth prepositions Skilled.

Teaching procedures

Step 1: Lead-in

1. Before class. Let's sing a song "If you are happy".

2. Free talk about your school/ bedroom....

Step 2: Presentation

1.(观看幻灯片中的图片猜地点) Look at the screen and say the places in the pictures. Show the new word "Community"

(write the topic on the blackboard and read it together.)

2.Use the pictures to practice the azimuth prepositions.(Explain "there be" sentence in practice.)

3. Listen to the tape , fill in the blank and read the text correct and

skilled.

4. Use the new knowledge to say more and more sentences with pictures.

5.Answer the questions in groups.

Step 3: Drill

1. Fill the form.

2. Ask and answer in groups.

3. Write a composition using the contents of the form.

Step 4: Consolidation

1. Show your composition to all students.

2. Play the game about the Key sentence.
