一、教学目标:(1、知识与技能 2、过程与方法 3、情感、态度与价值观)

1.知识目标

(1)全体学生能理解并运用词汇:Welcome, postcard, cousin, dear, on holiday, travel, came, pop, concert.

(2)全体学生能掌握:Did he live in New York?等句型询问他人过去做过的事情,并能用Yes, he did./ No, he didn’t回答。

2.能力目标

(1)能够熟练运用本节课的新单词和句型。

(2)能够正确运用动词过去时态简单询问他人过去做过的事情。

3.情感目标

(1)激发学生学习英语的兴趣。

(2)引导学生了解国外的著名景点,热爱生活。培养学生热情好客,积极乐观的生活态度。

二、教学重难点:

1.教学重点:询问某人过去是否做了某事:Did+主语+动词原形+过去的时间。

2.教学难点:San Francisco ,Washington DC, New York等地名的发音

三、教学方法:

1.情景教学法;2.多媒体教学法;3. 合作学习法;4.“任务型”教学法

四、教学准备:

多媒体课件、电子白板、点读机、平板电脑

五、教学过程:

Step 1:Warm up

Listen and chant

1. Learn the new words in the chant: welcome, come.

2. Chant together and clip hands.

Step 2: Presentation

1.Create situation

(1)PPT show a map of the USA

T: Welcome to the USA. Daming’s cousin Dalong was in the USA too.

Teacher teach the new word “cousin”.

(2)PPT show a postcard

T: Daming’s cousin Dalong sent a postcard to Dam ing.

Teacher teach the new word “postcard”

2.New words

T: Let’s see some famous places in the USA.(PPT show pictures) (1)San Francisco (2)Washington DC (3)New York

通过学生跟读,小组读,生生读,大小声等形式练习地名。

3.New sentences

(1)PPT show pictures.(San Francisco、New York、Washington DC) ---Did he live in __________?

---Yes, he did./No, he didn’t.

(2)PPT show pictures.(plane、bus、train)

---Did he travel by ___________?

---Yes, he did./No, he did n’t.

(3)T: Let’s see what did Dalong do in the USA.

PPT show pictures:

①He went to a pop concert.

②He went to a basketball game.

Teacher teach new phrases: pop concert、basketball game.

4.Chant together and clip hands.

Step 3:Drill and Extension

1.Read new words two times.

2.Play the word game on the pad.

(1)Teacher shows how to play it first.

(2)Students play the game for one time.

(3)Teacher choose 4 students to have a match. And find who is the winner.

3.Role play

3.Listen and read after the cartoon video.

Step5: Practice

Do the exercises on the pad.
