Step 1 Warm up 1. Free talk T: Look, there are two cities,City A and City B.

Which city do you like? Why? S: I like City A. Because the city is clean.(强调clean “干净的”)

The river and the air are clean.（新授air）

T: Why don’t you like City B? S: Because the city is dirty and messy. (新授dirty, messy) Show some pictures and ask: What makes it dirty and messy? (新授：smoke, rubbish) （强调不可数名词）

2. Look and say T: Look at the pictures, this is our city——Baoying. Is it beautiful?

We should keep our city clean.（揭题Unit6 Keep our city clean）
