‘Is/Are there ...’, and can make the sentences. Ability aims: Students can use the sentences above in real situations. Emotional aims: Love the animals . Love the nature. 学情分析：

五年级学生经过两年半的英语学习，有了一定的英语基础，敢于表达，对于有一定难度的任务也愿意尝试。并且他们很乐于参与活动和游戏，因此在教学中，我创设了多个让学生参与的活动，提升学习兴趣，让学生在快乐中学习。

重难点：

1、Students can listen、read and understand the passage. 2、Students can use the sentences ‘There is/are ...’

Step 1 Warm up 1.

Greeting . (师生之间交谈，自然引入课题）

2.Sing a song.

T：Let’s enjoy a song. The four seasons . After watching the video, tell me: What can you see? 3.

Enjoy the pictures.

Look the pictures and review the words. (复习本单元的词汇：tree,forest,village,bridge,house,river,park,hill,lake,buildings,mountains.) 4.

Let’s chant. (歌谣节奏感强，朗朗上口，利用歌谣复习there be句型）

Step2 Presentation 1.

Show a picture. T: There is a picture here. What are there in the picture? T: What a nice picture! Do you know who draws the picture?

Read and answer. T: Read the passage, and answer the 4 questions. (让学生根据课文，回答四个问题。同时，为了让学生整体的感知自然公园、山脉、村庄等的位置关系，展示了它们的位置图。）

Listen and repeat.

T: Let’s put the pictures in the wrong order. Can you put them in the right places? You read, and let me try first. (充分调动学生开口说的积极性，操练了课本内容，锻炼了学生的听说能力。）

T: Look at the pictures. Can you answer more questions? （给学生任务，复习了there be句型的一般疑问句，及其回答。引入了zoo，为操练拓展环节做准备。）

Step 3 Consolidation and extension 1.

Watch a video. Let’s go to the zoo. T：Now we are in the zoo. What animals are there in the zoo? (创设情境，通过谈论有哪些动物，让学生有话可说，从而能练习目标句型) T: Can you fill in the blanks? You can help one another in groups. Then read out and put on the blackboard. 2.

Enjoy the pictures and a short video. T:Love the animals . Love the nature. We should save plants, save trees, save animals,save our earth. (通过观看图片和小视频进行德育教育。呼吁人们保护大自然，爱护动物，激发学生的环保意识。）

Step 4 Homework 1、Listen and read the text after class.

2、Finish the exercises on P63. Next

class, we will check together. 3、Draw a zoo, and describe(描述) with your friends. (学生描绘出心中的动物园并表述出来。这样能够对本节课的教学内容起到一个很好的延伸和巩固作用。)
