Read some words about food, fruit and dinks. Then divide them into two gruops. One is about countable noun. The othe is about uncountable noun. 3.

What can you see in the pyramid?
How much should we eat for a healthy diet?
We should eat a little sweet food, some milk, fish and meat, a lot of fruit, vegetables, rice, bread and noodles.

Show Mike and Yang Ling Who’re they? What do they have for 3 meals? Can you guess? For breakfast, he/she has... For lunch and dinner, he /she has... 2.
Watch and choose: Who has a healthier diet? 3.
Read and underline: What do they have for breakfast, lunch and dinner? 4.
Read and discuss: Does Mike have a healthy diet? Why? Does Yang Ling have a healthy diet? Why? 5.
Listen and repeat the story
