本单元教材分析：

本单元“日期”为话题，安排了日期、年龄表达法的学习。同时，还呈现了季节名称等与主题相关的内容。学生在低年级学习了时间、星期的表达法，在此基础上本单元将要学习月份名称以及日期的表达方式，这样就基本涵盖了所有时间相关的内容，故事围绕Mocky的一次误会开展，呈现了How old are you？When is your birthday?两个主要表达法的新词汇包括月份和季节的名称，有spring，autumn，March，October，叙述文本还出现了几个新的动词过去式，例如：saw，said，checked，talked等。

教学目标：

在本科结束时，学生能够：

1.

在连环画和对话的帮助下读懂叙述文本，讲述故事主要内容；

2.

在故事情境中，询问或说明生日；

3.

培养根据日历安排日常活动的能力。

教学重点：

在插图和对话的帮助下读懂叙述文本；

根据提示讲述故事内容。

教学难点：

引导学生根据提示用自己的话叙述故事。

Show the photos of birthday party, guide students to talk about birthday. (2)

Teacher asks: When is your birthday? Write the names of the months on the

Ask individual child, “How old are you?” Elicit the answers from the children. 3.
