一、学生分析

五年级学生具有贪玩、好动、好奇心强，爱表现自己的特点。他们已经学

过了四年的英语，已经具备了一定的基本知识和技能，对基本的课堂用语，教师的指令已经基本掌握，在图片或多媒体课件的帮助下能听懂、读准英语单词和句子。在教师的指导下能做一系列任务活动。并且在四年级学生已经学习过一些动词短语，如：water the flowers, sweep the floor, set the table, make the bed等，为本课时的教学做了很好的铺垫。

二、教材分析

这一节课是五年级(PEP)上册Unit 4 What can you do? Part A Let’s learn，是这一单元的第一课时。本课时Let's learn部分要求学生简单介绍自己能做哪些家务劳动，本人从can入手，先是I can run. I can eat.等一些简单的基本用语，从小动物的拟人化表演到同学间的自我介绍，使学生对I can…的句型有了进一步的认识；接着通过动画引出本课重点，学习五种家务劳动的表述；

三、教学目标

1. 掌握四会词组：dance,sing English songs, play the pipa ,draw cartoons ,do some kungfu 2. 听懂、会说句型what can you do ?. I can……并能在具体语境中运用。

3. 培养学生热爱劳动的观念，增强学生生活自理能力。

四、教学重难点

重点：掌握单词及四个动词短语。

难点：正确书写四个动词词组以及运用句型what can you do ? “I can……”进行表述。

五、教学过程

Step 1: Warm up 1. Greeting: How are you? Nice to meet you ,nice to meet you too . What day is it today?

What do you do on the weekend? 2.Listen to the video and let the students sing along with the music . Step 2: Presentation 1.Listen to the video of Let”s learn A 2.老师通过开火车和高低音的方式和边说边做的方式练习单词以及动词短语

Step 3: Practice 1.Let the students use the verb phrase to talk about the sentence “what can you do ?”in pairs. 2.Let the group members show the sentence pattern “what can you do ?”

3.The teacher shows some pictures and let the students answer the question to practice the sentence pattern “what can you do ?”I can …

4.Give the students a picture about happy holiday

5.Let the students practice “what can you do ?”
