（Welcome to the unit and comic strip）

本单元是新教材的又一新内容，在授课和学生学习时应多加注意，主要谈论的是户外活动和户外探险，学完本单元要求学生能运用所学的知识来谈谈自己户外的一些活动，和所经历的一些奇闻异事。漫画部分谈的主要就是课外活动，而阅读部分则通过一篇神奇的故事来进一步学习户外活动的知识，后面的综合技能则谈的是风筝的历史，以扩宽学生的知识面。

刚学完unit5,学生们户外探险已有一定的了解，并能简单说说我们身边存在的一些奇怪的现象，早就想出去探讨一番。而unit 6就是通过两篇探险的文章，如果遇到这种事情应怎么办，学生对这样的活动本来就很感兴趣，因此学起来一定非常快。。

知识目标

1.

掌握几种有关户外活动的的单词、短语和句子。

2.

能用简单的语句说出自己喜欢这项活动的原因。

能力目标

1.会用英语谈论自己喜欢的户外活动。

2.能够在语篇层面上运用自己所学知识进行相互交流。

情感目标

通过学习谈论户外活动之后，学生可以根据自己的实际情况为自己制定一次户外野营计划。

(1).自读69页对话，根据自己的爱好，就自己最喜欢的户外活动编一对话，可参照课本，亦可自己发挥。 (2).小组之间分享一下各自的对话。

展示交流：

(1) 请你们各组推出一位代表来谈谈你们完成的表格情况。

(2) 展示讨论成果：你能到前面来给我们表演一下你们的对话吗？

导语I（图片导入）

Show students the pictures of some outdoor activities .eg: swimming , jogging, running, riding,…. 导语Ⅱ（问题导入）

(1). 呈现第一幅漫画，遮住文字告诉学生：Eddie and Hobo are also doing an outdoor activity. Look at the picture then tell us what it is.

(2).Listen to their conversation and answer the following questions: ①. Does Eddie like it ? ②.What about Hobo? 播放录音，请学生听完后阐述自己的观点。

(3).再次播放录音，学生跟读。

3.Practice (练习) Practice the dialogue and act out it for fun and for practicing spoken English.

Work in pairs about the outdoor activities. And these activities are good for their health or not. Give the reasons. Ask several students to talk about their group’
