Step 2 Presentation

Use interesting pictures to produce a specific situation and then talk about the basic usage. 信息化体现：教师在每一页PPT中都插入与话题相关的动画与图片让学生身临其境，可以根据图片结合语境大致猜出情态动词的用法。每一个情态动词在讲述完用法之后都配备相应的练习题，来即时巩固，并使用希沃展示白板直接将习题答案写在黑板上，练习题体现在学案上，情态动词用法纲要依次如下：

can只有现在和过去两种时态,be able to 可以有各种形式和时态”

could只表过去有能力做某事，但不一定做，也不一定成功

was/were able to 表过去一定成功做

must/mustn’t

must 表示肯定的猜测，译为“一定”，不能用于否定句或疑问句。

表示“坚持”（常用于固定句型：if you must do sth. 如果你非得要做某事）

mustn’t 表示禁止

may 用于祈使句中表示祝愿

shall shall用于第一、第三人称疑问句中，表示说话人征求对方的意见。

shall用于第二、第三人称肯定句中，表示说话人给对方命令、警告、允诺或威胁。

shall用于第三人称，表示在法律、条款中表示义务，意为“应”、“必须”。

will/would 表示请求、建议等，would比will委婉客气。

would表示过去习惯性动作

will表示意志、愿望和决心

should should表示劝告、建议、命令，其同义词是ought to；疑问句常用should替ought…to

情态动词should用于第一人称时可以表示说话人的一种谦逊、客气、委婉的语气should表示意外或惊讶
