一Teaching objectives:

1 Knowledge objectives : Students can understand the story and master some new words and sentences such as : Can you read this ? Sure .... wait a minute, clever, big .

2 Ability objectives: Students can act the story and create a new story.

3 Emotional objectives : Students know knowledge is power .

二:Teaching key and difficult points

1 key point : Can you read this ? Sure ... / wait a minute clever big

2 difficult point : students can apply the new words and sentences in the real situation and understand the story .

三:Teaching procedures

Step 1 warm-up & lead -in

1 Free talk : greeting students

2 Enjoy a song: Boy and girl

Step 2 presentation

1 show the picture of animal kingdom and recruitment notice to create a new situation

2 PPT show zoom and zip to lead to the topic and then let the students watch the video twice and answer question: Who is the teacher at last?

3 Teacher use PPT to teach I’m the teacher & I’m the student . Then lead students to use “Can you read this ?Sure...” ask and answer.

4 Teacher present a question: who want to be a teacher . Then teach new word: big and clever.

5 Teacher use phonics to teach “wait a minute”and use “can you read this ? Sure “ ask and answer.

6 Teacher use some cards to let students understand “wait a minute” and learn to ask “can you read this ?”

7 Emotional education : Knowledge is power.

Step 3 practice

1 read the story in roles

2 Let the student act the story out

Step 4 production

Teacher explain the background of the story and help students create a new story .

Step 5 Homework

Share the story with your parents or your friends.
