Unit 4 At a Farm ZhangYu 【教学重点】

单词sheep，hen，cow，horse，goat，lamb及其复数形式的表达。

句型：What are they？和they are…的问答。

【教学难点】

强调单词复数以及sheep复数形式的表达。

【教学准备】

Let’s learn、Let’s do课件。

教师和学生共同准备所学动物单词卡，学生用的头饰。

【教学过程】

Step 1 Warming up

1. Sing an English song of Old Macdonald Has a Farm. 2. Free talk: 1) Do you love animals？Animals are our friends. What animals do you know? S:…

2) What’s the weather like today? T: Ok, it is a nice day. Let’s go to the farm. Today I am Uncle Macdonald.(戴头饰并打招呼)。I’ll have a big party on the farm today. Many animals are going to my party . 3)Play a game :Listen and guess (课件播放一些已学动物的叫声，让学生猜动物，If students guess right teacher gives him/her a flower. ①hen

T:What can you see ?

S1:母鸡

T：Yes,we can see a hen.（课件出示一只母鸡的图片）

Ss: (Read it together, one by one) T：（点击课件，出现了一群母鸡）Oh,what are they? S:They are hens.( 师强调hens是hen的复数形式) T:Now,let’s feed the hens(教师做喂鸡的动作，学生跟着一起做)) ②

sheep T:What else did you see? S:A sheep T：（点击课件，出现了三只绵羊）What are they? Ss: They are sheeps.（教师纠正：sheep的单复数形式一样）

T:Look,the wool is too long,let’s shear a sheep.(教师师手持剪刀，做剪羊毛状)Then do together.

T:（课件播放马的叫声）Oh,who is coming? T：Yes,a horse（出示马的图片）Follow the computer,then follow the teacher.（注意horse 和house的发音区别）

T：（点击课件，出现了两匹马）Look，what are they? S:They are horses.(老师纠正horses的发音) T：Children,can you ride s horse? ④

cow （课件播放奶牛的叫声）T:What is this ? Do you know ? ⑤

goat T:（课件出示山羊的尾巴）Look,what’s this? S:Rabbit. T:Maybe.Let’s have a look.(点击课件，出现山羊的图片)Oh，It’s a goat. ⑥lamb T: Can you guess what is his baby ?(指山羊图片)
