8. Listen and read T asks SS to listen to the tape carefully and read after the tape. Next, T asks SS to open their books and read the dialogue in different ways, such as reading after the teacher, reading by themselves and reading in groups. T reminds SS to hold the book when they are reading. 9.

T asks SS to retell the story in their own words (T provides some pictures and some sentences). T gives an example first and then SS imitate T. Post-reading 10.

Make up an ending of the story

T asks SS to make up an ending for the story by discussing in groups of four and act out the ending they make up. 11.
