The topic of this unit is “Dream Home”. In this “Integrated Skills” period, we will learn something more about a typical home in the UK. The students will have to listen 教学内容

to Neil, a boy from the UK, and try to do some different tasks. Meanwhile, some vocabulary about home facilities will also be introduced. In this period, some useful expressions about making phone calls will be introduced too. The seventh grade students are not good at listening for some target information and 教学对象

they are not familiar with shorthand skills. So at the beginning, I will teach students some skills about how to write down the information they need quickly and correctly. Especially focus on the Key words in the sentences.

Step1: Free talk
