III、学段：小学六年级的学生和中低年级学生相比具有比较强的小组合作探究的能力，学生的观察能力、思维能力、语言表达能力等方面都有了较大的提高，有着强烈的好奇心与动手操作的能力。他们倾向于在合作探索中获取知识，喜欢在玩中学，喜欢在做中学，喜欢在想中学，喜欢在用中学。喜欢受到表扬或赞美，喜欢发表自己的见解。

IV、整体教材分析：本单元（Unit4 Feeling Excited）选自广东省《开心学英语》六年级下册。根据编者意图，本册书教学的主要目的是把学生领进英语学习的殿堂，培养学生学习兴趣，掌握正确的语音、语调，形成良好的学习策略和习惯。Unit4 Feeling Excited的主要内容是围绕“Feeling”这个话题来开展，此内容十分生活化。包括了Story, Vocabulary, Target, Practice, Song, Activity, Sounds and words, Reading and writing, more reading and writhing九个部分。本单元通过动画、游戏等活动让学生快乐地学习本课的新单词与新句型；通过歌曲、谈话、猜一猜等活动帮助学生巩固识别并学会认读新单词与新句型；通过游戏及扮演角色等活动帮助学生循环积累、运用之前所学的知识。通过自主阅读、任务学习来学习阅读与写作。本单元分5课时, 第一课时为故事新授课，教学内容包括Story第二课为词汇新授课,教学内容包括：Vocabulary和Target以及

Practice1&Practice 2。第三课时为语音词汇新授课。教学内容包括：Sounds and words, Listen and chant和Activity. 第四课时为Reading and writing.第五课时为More reading and writing.本课时选取的是第一课时，故事教学。

V、教学设计（第一课时）

1.设计思路：《新课标》二级目标是能在图片的帮助下听懂、读懂并讲述简单的故事，能在教师的帮助下表演小故事或者小短剧，演唱简单的英语歌曲和歌谣。能够根据图片、词语或例句提示，写出简单的描述。在学习中乐于参与、积极合作、主动请教，初步形成对英语的感知能力和良好的学习习惯。

在本节课中，以谈话、看图猜图的方式让学生整体认知、学习。通过形式多样的问题任务达到让学生理解故事，运用知识的目的。以此锻炼学生的表达能力、观察能力。通过情感教育让学生在开阔视野的同时保持良好的心态并学会控制心情。小组合作进行表演、复述与访谈，培养学生思维能力、表达能力、交流能力。本课旨在让学生在整体语境中通过合作去学习，去探索，去交流。
