Train the ability of students’ to act the story out. Teaching procedures: Step 1:Warm-up: 1.

Watch the cartoon : What can the animals do? The bird can

... The rabbit can ... The mouse can ... The horse can ...

... 设计意图：用微视频引入课题，引起学生兴趣来学习老鼠和蛇的故事。

There are many animal in the worlds.Some of them are friends ,but some of them are enemy. For example,the cat and the mouse. 设计意图：自然过渡到新课。

Step 2:Presentations: 1.Listen to the tape and answer: How many animals in the story?

设计意图：听录音，感受纯正语音并让学生整体感知故事。

2.Read by yourself , and find out: What can the rat do? 设计意图：在自己读的过程中，带着思考来探究解决问题。

Let’s enjoy the story: Read like a rat or a snake. 设计意图：在模仿蛇与老鼠不同的角色，着重学生对语音语调的学习，加深故事意思的理解,并板书思维导图。

Pair work: Read with your partner. 设计意图：两人对学，同伴合作互助阅读故事。

Step 3:Consolidations: 1.

Act it out 设计意图：在小组合作宽松的环境中来表演，能够对故事诠释更加贴切。

2.Make a new one: The dog and the cat

The ant and the elepant

The rabbit and the turtle .... 设计意图：部分学生有创作的意愿，有的学生有表演的意愿，在活动中增进交往，加强学生互相帮助的学习情感。

Step 4: Homework: 1.

Read the story once. 2.

Act it out. 3.
