学习目标：

1、练习感谢信的基本句式。

2、积累感谢信有关的词汇和句子。

3、通过小组内合作学习、同伴评价的学习方式，体验合作探究的收获。

4、体验英文写作过程，逐渐克服英语写作的畏难情绪。

方法指导：

1.根据《高考英文写作评价标准》对探究一初稿进行自我评价、同伴评价和教师评价过程，2.记好旁批。

3.评价结束后，参考范文，默写出习作终稿。

教学重点：积累感谢信的相关词汇和句型并熟练应用

教学难点：体验英文写作过程，克服写作困难

教学过程：

1. 大声朗读以下词组，并用它们造句：

exchange students learn a lot about each other’s culture 2.熟悉一下以下感谢信表达的句式结构：

Additionally, this is a good way for sb. To………. 3. 假如你是李华，你收到外教Sally的邀请信，邀请你参加周六晚上在她家举办的“英语沙龙活动”。请你根据以下要点，给她写一封回信。

内容要点提示：

1.表示很高兴接到邀请。

2.表示会接受邀请，参加该活动。

3.表示对“英语沙龙”活动的支持和赞赏。

写作要求：

1.内容充实，情感真挚。2、语言连贯通顺。3、词数：80-100 旁批中可包括1、和同伴之间的修改，2、摘抄老师指出的好句子，3、自己的疑问，4、自己在学习同伴习作或范文的优秀句式和词组。

4.在同伴批改和集体批改后，参考习作范文，将习作终稿默写在下面表格中。

5.背诵以下与感谢信有关的powerful sentences，准备进行小组间的背诵比赛。
