（一）文体概述

求职信或申请信是写信人就某一职位向收信人提出请求的信件。语言属于正式用语，用词需要简洁准确，语气礼貌自信。信件内容一般包括三个方面：(1)提出申请（阐述得知招聘信息的来源和自己申请的职位）；(2)申请理由（个人信息和能力）；(3)表示感谢（请求给予面试机会并表示感谢）。

（二）必备短语

1. apply for a chance to work as…

申请(做……)的机会

2. like, be fond of, be keen on, be crazy about, have a preference for喜欢、热爱

3. take / show interest in, be interested in感兴趣

4. be equal to, be competent / qualified / fit / suitable for胜任
