教学目标: Knowledge goals: 1.Key Vocabulary: quickly, sometimes, taste, life 2.Phrases:either...or, lots of, be good for, eat quickly, taste good

3.Sentences: I either watch TV or play computer games.

She knows it’s not good for her, but it tastes good!

Ability goals: Listening and reading skills. Communicative competence. Moral goal: Have good and healthy daily routines and enjoy healthy life. 教学重点：

Know healthy and unhealthy habits and can give some healthy advice 教学方法

Task-based language teaching method 教学过程：

Step one: Warming up 1.Greet with the students as usual. 2.Pair work Ask and answer questions follow the pictures. 设计意图：营造轻松愉快的学习氛围

Step two: Pre-task In our daily life, some activities are good for our health. For example: go to bed early ,get up early, do sports, go for a walk after dinner and so on. But some activities are unhealthy. for example: eat junk food, stay up late in the evening. Let discuss it. 1. Show some activities in 2a. Check the activities you think are healthy.(2a) 2. Think about other healthy and unhealthy activities in their daily lives.

设计意图：通过复习旧知导入新课，为阅读教学做好准备。

Step three: While-task Task1. Listen 2b and answer the question: Who is healthier, Tony or Mary? 设计意图：初读文本整体感知。

Task2. The students try to read the passage by themselves , underline the activities they have learned. 设计意图：自主阅读文本抓住中心词或短语。
