一、授课类型:听说课
二、教材分析:
本课是新标准英语(三年级起点)五年级上册第六模块第一单元。本单元通过Amy和Sam询问Lingling擅长的事情,帮助她加入足球队的情景,展开对含有情态动词can的陈述句及一般疑问句用法的学习。
三、学情分析:
情态动词can的用法在四年级已经接触过。五年级的学生应该能够灵活运用这一句型来探讨与足球相关的话题,以及陈述自己和他人的能力。
教学目标
1、知识目标:
(1)能听、说、读、写单词:well, team, really, good at, catch, goalkeeper, think, fantastic, fan。
(2)能听懂并运用句型:Can you ...? 并作出正确的回答Yes, I can. / No, I ca n’t.。
2、能力目标:
学生在实际生活中能运用以上句型询问、谈论自己和他人的能力,进行自主表达。
3、情感目标:
激发学生的学习兴趣,使英语学习的过程成为帮助学生肯定自己或他人能力,养成健康向上品格的过程。
全体学生能保持热爱运动、热爱生活的积极态度。
四、教学重难点
准确运用can来肯定他人或自己的能力以及理解课文。

PPT、多媒体、实物。

七、教学过程:
Step 1:Warm up and lead-in.
1. Greetings.
T: Good morning, boys and girls. How are you? Nice to see you again.
2. Lead in.
T: Today, we’ll talk about football. Do you like football? Can you play football? Can you play it well?(学习well。举例:Messi, Yao Ming)

Step 2:Words learning.
T: Look at this picture. What are they doing?
Ss: They are playing football.
T: They can play football really well. (学习really) We can also say “They are good at football.”(学习good at。e.g. I am good at English/swimming...)
