2.学生准备：画上封面的空白小书，自己最喜爱城市图片，信息卡片，空白彩色卡片。

教学过程

Step1. Lead-in Before the class:

Watch a video about Yangzhou. 1.

Free talk. 2.

At the beginning of the video, there is a lady with a book. What book is it? 引入标题

A travel book. Step 2 Presentation (1) What’s a travel book about? 1.

What information can we find in the travel books? We can find ..... In the travel books. 2.

From the travel books, we can see a lot of interesting places in the beautiful cities. Among all the beautiful cities, which is my favourite city? Can you guess? 呈现Toronto图片，教授Toronto. This summer holiday, I will go to Toronto. Before I go there I want to make a travel book. 呈现travel book 封面，以及weather, interesting places, food, special transportation. 教授transportation. 3.

Listen to the radio and answer the question”How is the weather in Toronto?”. 4.

Ask my e-friend “What interesting places will we see in Toronto?”and find the information of the interesting places. 5.

Watch the video and answer the question”What food will we eat in Toronto?”

Surf the Internet and find the information of the special transportation in Toronto.

Try to read the passage about the special transportation. 7.
