Lesson7 Months of the Year 教学目标：

1. 知识目标

能听、说、读、写本课的重点单词和句型，理解课文对话。

新学词汇：month，March, April, May, June

掌握句型：What’s your favorite month? March.

When is your birthday? It’s in May.

2. 能力目标

能运用本课知识介绍季节中的月份。

能够描述自己喜欢的节日。

在梳理春天的节日背景知识过程中，增强语言表达能力，丰富词汇量，积累更多的文化信息。

3. 情感目标

增强学生的跨文化素养，开阔眼界，了解中西方节日，学会谈论自己最喜欢的月份及节日。

师带读课题Unit7 Month of the year Lesson 13 2. 利用挂历，教学新词month，注意与mouth的区别

There are 12 months in a year. 3. 复习单词

T: Look at the screen, there are some words here , let’s speak out together.

课件中将woman单数变为women复数，复习节日Women’s Day

4. 教学新词，March, April, May, June

从问句When is Women’s Day？导入单词March教学

It’s warm in spring. And spring always begins with March. So it’s warm in March.

出示单词卡March教学并张贴

教学单词May

T：What’s the fifth month of the year?

T: Spring always begins with March. It lasts from March to May.

So it’s warm in May.

教学单词April

T: April comes after March , before May, So April comes between March and May. April Fool’s Day is in April.

教学新词June

T: When is Children’s Day? Is it in March/April/May?

Ss: No. it’s in June
