IV. Teaching procedures

Step1：Lead-in

Show the pictures and talk about their favourite pet. Which is your favourite pet ? Can you tell me why ?I like my________ because ___________. Would you like to have a goldfish as your pet? Step2: ：Listen and finish. 1 T:I’m going to give a talk about my pet, goldfish. What do you want to know in my talk? Daniel is also listening to a talk . 2.Give listening tips ,let students read and circle the key words, then judge them first. 3.Listen and finish Part A1 on Page 99. Step3

Listen and complete the fact sheet with the correct information. 1.Read and classify the questions. 2. listen again and finish Part A2 on Page 99. Step4：Read and complete the conversation.
