一、教学理论设计依据

英语课堂教学中，加强学生语言运用能力的培养,充分体现了以教师为主导、以学生为主体的素质教育理念。英语教学不但是英语知识的学习，也是语言的一种传播方式。课堂上，我们应该正确组织教学方式，让学生在活动实践中语言综合运用能力得到提高。

二、教材分析

本课选自新课标高二英语选修八Unit4

Pygmalion

中的reading 2 部分. 涉及的内容通过学生对文本材料以及阅读材料的综合理解的基础上，正确理解文意。教学中我采用任务型教学法和小组合作探究学习法，实现教学目标。

三、学情分析

我教授的学生是高二学生，他们思想活跃，感知能力较强。我认为这一话题对学生来说有较强的吸引力，并且设置合作话题难易适中。可以触发学生的学习欲望，因材施教。

四、教学目标

Master some reading skills, such as finding out the key words ,skimming and scanning. Let the students learn some basic reading skills about thepassage. Enable the students to strengthen the awareness oflearning. Arouse students’ interest in learning Strengthen the ability of cooperation among the students

五、教学重点

Enable the students to read better to comprehend the true meaning of learning. Enable the students to master some reading and listening ability.

六、教学难点

How to master some important usages of words and expressions. How to help the students have the awareness of truelearning How to strengthen their communicative ability.

情景式教学，独立完成任务及小组讨论合作活动教学法, 任务型教学法
