Step 1.Lead-in: Quick eyes
Guide students to say 6 kinds of balls like soccer ball, ping-pong ball, 创设情境
tennis ball , volleyball, basketball and baseball. Then help students to 导入新课
make sentences like “I have a …..”
“Let’s play …..”
“That sounds great.”
“Let’s go.”
Step 2. Revision:
Show students the pictures of target language and guide them to summarize the rules of have. Eg. “I have a …..,but I don’t have a…..”
“She has a …..,but she doesn’t have a…..”
“Do you have a …..? Yes, I do. No, I don’t.”
“Does Mary have a …..? Yes, she does. No, she doesn’t.”
Step 3. Grammar focus:

Help students to understand the target language in grammar focus. 授
Call attention to I have…. Do you have…? They have…. Do they 新
have…? He has… she has… Does she have… ? Does he have…? 课
Summarize the use of have and chant the rules with music. Finally, have a group to show us. Step 4 3a:
Have students to write each word in the correct place in the chart. Students discuss their answers in groups and then give us their answers. Eg Do I/they/you/we….? Does he/she/it/Eric…?
Step 5 3b:
Have students fill in the blanks with do or does. Then practice the conversations with their partners.
Step 6 3c:
Have students to remember the things in Bob’s room. Then ask and answer questions with a partner. Next, have students summarize Bob’s room.
Eg. Bob h_____ a volleyball, a basketball, a s_________ ball, a b____________ bat and a baseball. But he d________ have a ping-pong b________ or a ping-pong ball. Finally, work in groups of four to do a survey about the balls their group members have. Then have several groups to give us a report of their answers. Eg In our group, Bob has ___________.Lily ans Lucy have ______________. I have a _____________.
