Lesson Aims

1. Course objective: To know some daily expression about fruit: wash, peel, cut, mix... 2. Course objective: To aquire language sense through rhythmic English. 3. Moral objective: To get more interest in oral English by an object lesson.

Teaching procedures: Procedure Content Pre-task

1. Song: Apple Tree

Methods Activity 1: Song Apple tree Apple red, apple round, apple juicy, apple sweet. Apple apple, I love you. Apple sweet, I love to eat. Purpose(此栏目可以用中文) 两分钟预备铃以欢快的歌曲“apple tree”引入今天与水果有关的课程。

3. Daily talk: Does Granny Li have teeth? 课程开头引入去水果店购买水果的场景复习购物用语以及How many相关句型。

Activity 3: Daily talk Talk with the whole class about this topic: Granny Li is very old, so she doesn’t have teeth and she cannot eat apples by herself. Kitty is very sad about this. But in the end she got a good idea. She decided to make fruit salad for Granny Li. 以快速对话开头,刺激学生,吸引学生注意力,同时把德育贯彻进日常的学科教学。并能引出后续Fruit salad 的单词教学。

While-task 1. Enjoy a video Play a video on the screen which shows the whole process of making fruit salad. 播放视频,给予学生更多体验式教学

2. New word:Fruit salad Show the new words page on the screen. Read salad together and one by one. 通过pre-task中Kitty的决定,引出fruit salad的单词教学。(本课中所有名词均为红色,动词均为绿色,目的在于通过颜色的刺激潜移默化地培养学生对词性的认识。)

2. New word:wash Read wash together and one by one. Wash the apple. Say a rhyme: Wash, wash. Wash your hands. Wash, wash. Wash the apple. Eat, eat. Eat the apple. 通过对动词wash的介绍,告诉学生拿到苹果第一件事情应该是洗苹果(wash the apple),同时通过rhyme进行日常生活用语的普及:wash your hands wash the apple 3. New word:peel Read peel together and one by one. Peel the apple. Then answer this question with the help of the following pictures: What else can we peel? Peel the peach. Peel the pear. eat the apple. 通过图片的展示让学生了解peel的含义,并且通过“我们还能切什么东西?”的问题加深学生对peel的理解。

4. New word: Read cut together and one by one. cut. cut the apple. Then answer this question with the help of the following pictures: What else can we cut? Cut the peach. Cut the pear.

通过图片的展示让学生了解cut的含义,并且通过“我们还能削什么东西?”的问题加深学生对cut的理解。

5. New word: Read bowl and put together and one by one. 进入名词bowl的bowl, put Read ‘put the apple in the bowl’ by 讲解,并且通过themselves. PPT中的动画效果向学生阐述put的

用法。

6. New word: Read mix together and one by one. mix Read ‘mix the apple and salad’ by themselves.

通过PPT的动画效果展示出苹果和色拉混合的过程。通过老师的肢体语言体现出mix的细节。

7.Daily talk:

Eat the apple salad Granny Li is so glad to see the apple salad. She eats the apple salad gladly. Read eats the apple salad by themselves.

回到给李奶奶做色拉的主题,这里讲到李奶奶吃色拉,复习动词eat。

Post-task 1. Looking for Activity1: Looking for home. home. Show the words on the screen. Ask the students to put them in the correct gaps. 通过Gap filling的游戏形式,强化学生对单词和句子的记忆,上讲台移动单词和图片的形式更加激发学生兴趣。

通过对不同水果的描述使学生产生对动词和名词的语感,从而掌握制作各种不同水果色拉的表达能力。
