Unit 1 Welcome back to school! 第一课时

课时目标

1、能听懂、会说句子：I’m… I’m from…和We have two new friends today. 2、学习表示国家和省会的名词：UK, USA, Canada, China (Shandong) 3、能听、说、认读单词：boy, girl, new, friend 教学重难点

1、重点：学习介绍自己国籍的句子：I’m from…

2、难点：模仿多音节词Canada的正确发音。

教学过程

一、热身（Warm-up）

师生对话：

T：Good morning, boys and girls. Welcome back to school. I’m Ms Xue.

What’s your name? Ss: (引导学生用I’m …来介绍自己) T：Nice to see you. Ss: Nice to see you, too. 二、

新课呈现（Presentation）

1、T：The new term comes after the holiday. Today, we will learn Unit One “Welcome back to school！”(T板书课题，释义：欢迎回到学校!) 2、由上引出基本句型：1）向别人介绍自己时可以说：I’m + 人名.我是…【板书】

2）见到别人时可以说：

----Nice to see you.

----Nice to see you, too. 3、学习课文：(Page2) 1) T: Today is the first day of the new term. (今天是新学期第一天) Both Zoom and Zip say: Welcome！

Now please turn to page 2, let’s look at the first scene. There are 3 students--- John, Amy and Wu Yifan in front of the school. What are they talking about? Ok, let’s look at this dialogue together. (请大家把书翻到第二面，我们看第一个情景。学校前面有三名学生---John, Amy和Zhang Peng，他们正在讨论什么呢？好，我们一起来看这段对话) T带领Ss朗读课文（Page 2）并引导学生翻译。

2)由此引出以下教学单词：

教学单词：UK, USA, Canada, China (Shandong) 教学UK,板书UK T：课件出示英国国旗，并说UK, UK, I’m from the UK. 注意提醒UK和USA均为缩写，每个字母大写，在句中前面要加定冠词the. 同种方法教学USA, China, Canada. 教师请一位同学抽出一张国旗图片，再模仿以上句型说一说。eg. S1抽

到的是China,则说：China, China, I’m from China. 3)学习课文：（Page 3）. T: Now let’s look at the second scene. Another three students are talking with Miss White. Do you know these students?(现在我们看第二个情景。另外三位学生正在和怀特老师交谈。你认识这些学生吗？）

Ss: Yes. They are Sarah, Chen Jie and Mike.

T 带领Ss 读对话，并做释义。Ss跟读，齐读。

4、教学单词boy, girl, new, friend以及Let’s talk. 1)

T出示课件，say: Look at this picture. There is a teacher in the classroom and the students are studying. Now you can see this is a boy and that is a girl.

T带读单词boy, girl，Ss跟读。

2）

T：Now let’s listen to the tape carefully. Then I’ll ask you some questions. (现在让我们仔细听录音, 然后我将提问你们一些问题。) T播放一遍录音，让学生边听边看图理解对话内容。

T出示单词卡片，带读，Ss跟读

3）Ss 阅读后，T: What does Miss White say? What’s the boy’s name? What does he say?

What’s the girl’s name? What does he say?

Ss 作答，T注意更正。

T再次播放一遍录音，Ss跟读，模仿发音。

三、

巩固与拓展（Consolidation and extension）

1、表演Let’s talk 中的对话

T指着S1和S2 两位同学说：Boys and girls, we have two new friends today. S1和S2 分别表演课文中Amy 和Zhang Peng 所说的话。

2、请三位同学上来，S1表演老师：Boys and girls, we have two new friends today. S2从老师处抽取一张国旗图片，eg. Canada, 则说：I’m S2. I’m from Canada. S3同样的方法表演。

Ss: Welcome！

四、

家庭作业（Homework）

1、熟读对话。

2、用所学的句型向家人、朋友做自我介绍。

3、完成练习册对应练习。
