Step1 Warming up
1.Greetings
2.Free talk
A: Hello.I'm ×××.
Nice to meet you.
B:Hello.I'm ×××.
Nice to meet you too.

Step 2 Presebtation
1.①Show a pisture to the Ss,and teach the new word "morning"
Ss read the word after the T.
②Teach "afternoon" in the same way.
2.①Show some pictures to the Ss,Let them know the new friends. Miss Li Peter Chen Ling Anne
②Read after the T.
③Play a game: Quick Response.
3.①T: This morning, Miss Li and Peter met in the school.They didn't know each other.Miss Li asked:Who are you?
Help the Ss to understand the sentence,and then write it on the Bb.
②Ss read after the T.
③T: This is Peter. When Miss Li ask him:Who are you?He says: I'm Peter.
T write "I'm Peter"on the Bb.
④Read the dialogue: Who are you?
I'm Peter.
⑤Ss read the dialogue by themselves.
4①.Ask and answer the question by using their own name.
②Play a game: Little Teacher.
Step 3 Practice
1. Listen to the tape.
2. ss read the text after the tape.
3. Read after the T.
4. Read by themselves.
5.Read in chorus.
6. Practise in pairs.
Step 4 Consolidation
Ss practise in pairs, then ask some groups perform the dialogue in front of the class.
