（1）使学生体验学习、参与、合作、竞争的乐趣。

（2）比较过去与现在的生活体会到我们现在生活在幸福的社会主义，让学生感觉到社会主义就是好，培养学生的爱国主义情操。

二、教学重点：新单词和新句型的教学与运用。

三、教学难点：如何让学生在课堂上听懂、会读，更能学会用There be ……,We lived…many years ago. We live…now.句型在生活中灵活运用。

四、教学准备：多幅图画，单词卡片，课件，多媒体。

五、教学过程

T: How many cats are there? S: There are two. T: Are they beautiful? I have a flash about cats. Now let’s watch the video .Please follow it. 设计意图:简单的对话练习导入到本课Part 1的学习中。

There were two. 设计意图:设计简单的Choose练习，既能给学生降低学习难度，有能帮助学生更深刻的理解短文内容。

(导入)出示电视

T: What’s this? S: It’s a big house. T: We live in a big house now. But we lived in a small house many years ago. And this class we’ll learn m1u1: we lived in a small house. (板书课题) Step 3 Presentation T: Now let’s watch the video, and you try to answer these two questions: 看录像，回答问题

设计意图:第一次学生看录像，整体感知课文内容，让学生带着简单的小任务进行感知，能增强学生的学习积极性。
