1.学习light, sales assistant, carry, pound, How much 等词汇。

2.听懂会读说How much...?It’s…. My bag is broken 等句型。

3.能运用所学的语言知识从价格，品质，外形等方面描述物品。

教学重点：1.理解并运用light, carry, pound等单词。

2.能听懂，会读，会说How much is ….? It’s….句型。

教学难点：能运用所学的语言知识从价格，品质，外形等方面描述物品。

教学准备：白板课件，单词卡片，实物教具

教学过程：

Step1 Warming-up 1. Greetings. T: Hello, everyone. Nice to meet you. Ss: T: Look at the picture ( computer/ a dictionary/ piano/ …)and use the words to practice : T: This computer is nice./ expensive/ powerful.(让学生照例描述其他物品) 2. T:nI’ll buy a new bag for my son. His bag is broken.

T: Today we learn Module 5 Unit 1 You school bag is broken. (板书课题，并大声朗读课题。) Step2 presentation 1. New words: broken

T：look at this bag. It’s broken. I’ll buy a new one.(读单词，理解意思，学生跟读，自渎)

heavy, light T: wow, This bag is very nice. But it’s really heavy. (拿起一个学生装满书的书包，演示heavy, 再拿起一个空书包演示 light). 学生跟读并且运用。

Wheel, carry T: Look at this bag, it has got wheels. It will be easy to carry. (板书wheel 和carry 并教读，学生跟读，自读)。

How much , pounds. How much is the bag?( 出现包和包的价格提问，学生回答问题。) T: How much is the bag? Ss: It’s only 10 pounds.

T: It’s very cheap.
