教学目标：

1.知识目标：听懂复述小故事。

2.能力目标：能听懂并在图片的帮助下复述小故事。

3.情感目标：培养学生乐于助人，互相帮助的品格。

教学重难点：复述故事。

教具准备：多媒体教学课件。

教学过程：

Step 1 Greetings and warming-up. 1. The teacher asks some questions: Nice to see you. Do you have good friends? What’s his name?

Where is he?

【设计意图】运用轻松的谈话法，就真实情况与学生进行交流，运用本单元学过的句子，学生在轻松的气氛中开始这节课的学习。

Step 2 Learning the text. I. Pr-reading

1. Show the video of Little Zeke. The teacher asks: Is Little Zeke a good boy?

【设计意图】初读故事，整体感知，激发兴趣。

II. While-reading 1. Show the pictures of the story. The students guess if Little Zeke has many friends and watch the video of the first three pictures. Then tick or cross. 【设计意图】学生借助图片，预测故事内容。大胆的猜测使学生对接下来的学习充满兴趣，加深了对故事的理解。

2. The students watch the video. The teacher asks them to find what Little Zeke do and order the three pictures.

【设计意图】借助课件降低难度，通过一个个问题引导学生带着问题阅读课

文，使学生初步理解课文。教师始终采取宽容的态度给予学生鼓励。

3. The teacher asks them some other questions about every picture: What do they say? What does Little Zeke do? Is she happy? Was she happy at first? The students answer the questions and talk about the questions. 【设计意图】教师提出问题，引导学生进行课文精读，深层次理解课文。回答得不全，教师即请其他学生补充，进行生生互补。

III. Post-reading

Retell the story. The teacher shows some pictures of playing sports and some key words and asks: Do you like Little Zeke? I do. I want to tell the story to you. Then the teacher tell the story. Then the students retell the story in pairs.

【设计意图】教师示范后学生练习复述并请学生自愿到前面表演。此阶段学生经过内化可以对故事内容做简单输出。这一环节促进了学生语言能力的提升。
