Unit5 My Body第一课时

台山市广海镇中心小学

一、教学目标

1.语言知识目标:能够听说读写eyes, ears, nose, mouth, arms, legs, hands, feet ( foot )这些表示身体部位的单词, 并能准确地区分单复数, 如

“one ear, two ears; one foot, two feet”。能够运用祈使句型,如

“Touch your nose! Open your mouth! Close your eyes!”。

2. 语言技能目标:能用英语熟练表达人体各种器官。能使用祈使句

(Touch your nose! Open your mouth! Close your eyes!)发出指令并能根据指令作出反应。能运用“This is …./These are ….”以及表示身体部位的词汇来描述外貌特征。

3. 情感态度目标:培养学生勇于开口,勇于表现自我,积极参与,团结合作的良好学习习惯。

4. 学习策略目标:直观教学,小组合作,共同完成学习任务

5. 文化意识目标:我们要爱护眼睛,勤洗手,爱护身体。

二、教学重点,难点

1、重点:能够四会掌握eyes, ears, nose, mouth, arms, legs, hands, feet ( foot )这些表示身体部位的单词, 并能准确地区分单复数, 如

“This is my eye./These are my eyes.”。

2、难点:掌握祈使句型,听指令能快速又准确的做出正确的反应。

词卡,有关人体器官的图片,课件

四、教学过程

Step 1. Warm up.

Let’s sing.

( Sing and do)

Head, shoulders, knees and toes. (设计意图:通过学生熟悉的歌舞进行热身,既活跃气氛,缓解学生的紧张情绪,

还将学生的注意力集中到今天要学习的主题“My Body”.上)

Step 2. Presentation I 1.

Lead -in.

T: Boys and girls. Today I have a new friend here. Let me introduce to you. (设计意图:介绍新朋友图图。为下面的语言输出做好铺垫。)

T: I can see with my eyes. I can hear with my ears. I can smell with my nose.

I can write with my right hand. I can walk with my feet…(教师做动作,引导学生领会要学的单词)

T: Every part of body is useful. So today we are going to learn the parts of our body.

(设计意图:教师利用自己身体的直观教学,让学生通过教师的动作意会,同时,也很快地明确了这节课的目标就是学习有关身体部位的单词和句子。)

2.教学单词eye/eyes. T: look, What’s this? Ss: …. T: This is an eye.(指着一只眼)

带读eye , 展示bye,ye-/ai/,

eye-/ai/,读多次。

PPT 展示小黄人,指着一只眼说,This is an eye.指着两只眼说,These are two eyes.带读eyes.

T: Read and do after me. 让学生指一只眼读eye, 指两只眼读eyes. (多次) Ss:….

T: Do you have big eyes? Meiyangyang has big eyes.引出美羊羊,教学句型

Open your eyes.

Close your eyes.用动作区分open 和close.

T:

Open your eyes. Close your eyes.

(先让全班做动作,然后个别做动作)

(设计意图:教师通过直观教学,让学生利用肢体和动作进行学习,一下子就掌握了要学的知识和内容)

3.教学单词ears. 教师指着自己一只的耳朵,说This is my ear. I have two ears. 带读ear, ears. ( 注意语音教学) 教师发指令。

Touch your ear. Touch your ears. (全班一起做)

求同学同桌之间say and do).课件呈现兔子的图片,引导学生说:“These are long ears.”

4.教学单词nose. T: Now, look at me. This is my nose. I have a nose.出示图片,

说:This is a nose.出示图片,带读nose. 注意语音教学,no-se,nose。并贴板书nose。教师发指令:Touch your nose. ( 全班做动作) 然后One by one say and do. 完后,一二组说,三四组做。再三四组说,一二组做。课件呈现大象的图片,启发学生说:“This is a long nose.”.

再引导学生看媒体图片说:These are big ears.”

(设计意图:通过直观,图片,动作,还有小组合作进行学习,教师是运用直观教学法,感受新知。运用互动教学法,让学生在“动中学,学中动”)

5.教学单词mouth时,注意语音教学(out-/aut/, m-ou-th,mouth)。课件呈现河马的图片,引导学生说:“The hippo has a big mouth. Open your mouth.” 巩固训练句型:Touch your mouth. Open your mouth. Close your mouth. (设计意图:“mouth”中“th”的发音对于学生是较为困难的地方。认真听是关键,这样才能模仿好。教师的语音教学是保证:通过字母本身及字母组合的发音来拼读及记忆单词,避免死记硬背,达到长久记忆的效果,也能激发学生记忆单词的积极性。)

6. Let’s chant.

(two groups chant,

and two groups action)

Eyes , eyes , close your eyes.

Mouth, mouth, open your mouth.

Ears, ears, touch your ears.

Nose, nose, touch your nose.

(设计意图:小学生天生好动和爱玩,“Chant”中配合手指及肢体动作表演,会平添几分的趣味,这些肢体动作可以帮助学生记忆和理解语言知识,更加提高学生学习的兴趣。)

7. 通过Let’s chant 这个环节的短暂调整后,教师利用一些简单的,夸张的身体语言来继续呈现新单词:arms, hands, legs & feet.

(are,ar-/a:/, ar-m-arm) (an-/æ/, h-an-d, hand) (let, e-/e/, l-e-g, leg) (look, oo-/u/, f-oo-t, foot) (three, ee-/i:/, f-ee-t, feet) (设计意图:运用自然拼读法教学单词,能够帮助学生认识到单词是由一些单元组成的,也能让他们理解字母的音—形的同等性。英语自然拼读最大的一个特点就是减轻了学生的学习负担,而且英语的学习就变得很简单了。)

Step 3. Presentation II 1. Listen to the tape and read after the tape. (Vocabulary) 2. Read the words in group. 3. (Touch and read. )让学生手指着器官读单词。

4. Missing game.让学生说出不见的身体部位。

5. Listen and number.

6. T:Listen to Gogo. Do the action that Gogo orders. (Ss do the action.) 7. Listen to the tape and read after the tape.(Target)

(设计意图:注重模仿原声带,朗读形式的多样化变化,及时操练巩固Vocabulary的单词和Target部分,突破重点和难点,同时让学生在活动中完成一定的任务,提高灵活运用知识的能力。)

Step 4.

Consolidation 1.

I say you do. 教师发Open your eyes. Close your eyes. Touch your mouth. Open your mouth 等不同的指令,让全班同学做动作。

2. Group work: Order and do 轮流用下列句型发指令,其他组员做动作。

Touch your nose/mouth…

Open your eyes/mouth/hands

Close your eyes/mouth/hands

(设计意图:教师跟学生操练句型,是小组操作的一个模板。小组合作进行活动,可以大大地提高学生的口语交际能力。)

Exercise: Read and write.

(设计意图:大量的听说练习后,再进行写的练习,再一次提高学生对知识的运用。)

Step5. Extension 1. Help Tutu introduce his body. T: I have a friend. His name is Tutu. He wants to be your friend, but he can’t

introduce his body to you. Can you help him? Ss: This is my ….

Ss: These are my ….

(设计意图:通过有趣的说写活动进一步巩固单词的记忆以及句子的操练。)

T: You all did a good job. Now Tutu is your friend. Can you tell something about your body? Ss: This is my …/These are my …

(设计意图:这个活动)

Step 6. Summary. 1.

Read the words and the target again. 2.

More culture. (1). Every part of your body is useful. Please take good care of your body.

请爱护你的身体。

(2). Wash your hands before meals. (饭前洗手)

(3). Don’t read in the sun. (不要在太阳底下读书)

(4). Keep your body clean every day. (每天保持身体干净)

(设计意图:渗入文化知识教育,让学生明白我们应该保持身体的清洁卫生。)

Step 7.

Homework.

1. Introduce the parts of body to your parents. 2. Draw a body picture and name the body parts.
