本教材是冀教版小学英语四年级下册第一单元第6课内容,本课是讲little Zeke帮助Emma和Tess的小故事。从讲故事，表演等角度让学生享受英语的学习。语言来源于生活，实践于生活。这节课有助于学生在日常生活中拥有更多的话题去应用英语。

学情分析

本节课授课对象是丰乐小学四年级学生，本班共有四个学生，没有一定的英语学习习惯和学习兴趣，只能通过听，说，读，写来慢慢培养。本节课在继续培养学生学习兴趣和听说能力的同时，采用讲故事，表演等符合学生心理特点的教学方法和教学手段，使学生体会到学习英语的兴趣。

教学目标

(1) 学生能听、说、读、写四会单词：little hide feel write

（2）学生能听懂并运用下列句子Emma has many friends.

A new girl ,Tess ,comes to Emma’s class.

She feels sad and afraid .She hides behind her books.
