Teaching Aim(教学目标):
通过讨论身边的Superstars,为语言学习创设一个真实的环境,让所用语言有牢固的意义基础,学生在理解的基础上学会用You’re a …. 肯定、客观地评价对方,并使用Why don’t you…?向对方提出合理建议,劝导对方做某事。能用want to do 和don’t want to do 表达自己是否想做某事,在交际过程中培养学生的思维能力和综合运用语言的能力。认识反身代词,了解反身代词的用法,明确by one’s self 的意义和位置。
Learning Purpose(学情预设):
学生应该能够表达真实的情感和客观的评价,运用一些职业词汇进行语境中的巩固,如:guitar player, baseball player, cook, doctor, teacher, vet, police, artist, violinist, pianist, scientist, engineer…;通过反复的操练和交际,可以在课堂时间运用已知词汇进行句型的表达和操练,在认识反身代词上,需要形容词性物主代词和人称代词宾格的复习,减少认识障碍,突破难点。

T:Show the words of jobs in three lines.(-er, -ist, others) Then show some V.ing phrases according to those jobs.
Read them together.

Guide Ss to talk about their dream&specialty.
