Unit 1

The lion and the mouse（story time）

1.能理解并会朗读故事。

2.能初步听懂、会读单词large、strong、woke、weak、net、bit、sharp、sadly、hole 3.进一步巩固there be一般过去时，并注意不规则动词过去式的写法和读音。

4.通过学习本课的故事，让学生懂得人与人之间应该互相帮助。

Step1自主先学

1复习一些过去式的动词

看谁能又快又准地说出下列动词的过去式。

2.学习新的动词过去式

woke、said、bit 3小组讨论

To learn some new words and sentences by telling the story: 1. The teacher tells the story for the first time, while learning some new words and sentences. Pay attention to the new words and sentences. 2. Retell the story，

let the pupils try to tell the story with the teacher.

让学生看Key Word 复述故事,在边复述故事中边学习新单词和句型。在这个过程中让学生自己发现新单词

3. The pupils tell the story with the teacher’s help.

让学生跟老师一起复述故事,在这个过程中培养学生的开口说英语的能力

4.Learn the moral: The small can help the great. 在读完故事后,让学生说出这个故事的寓意.同时让学生明白弱小能帮助强大(The small can help the great)的道理，懂得社会群体中每一分子都有不同的作用，应相互帮助和互相学习。

5. Game : <看和快速猜新单词>通过游戏加强学生对新单词的巩固,在这个游戏中可以提高学生的积极性同时活跃课堂气氛. Step4质疑拓展

1.Listen and watch the Flash of the fable, and answer the questions. 2.Read the fable in role in groups. 3.Act out the dialogue in groups.

让学生看故事的Flash ,学生对动画有浓厚的兴趣,这样加深了学生对故事的理解.然后分小组表演故事.让学生投入故事中. 活动5检测反馈
