能够正确听说、认读单词：move, dirty, everywhere, mouse等。

了解西方的spring clean、电子邮件地址和电子邮件写作格式等的相关知识，拓宽学生的文化视野。



重点难点

重点：理解文义，熟练地回答课后问题。

难点：掌握并熟练使用文中的There be句型。



教学设计

Step 1 Lead-in 1.

Greetings. 2.

Play a computer game about prepositions of places. 3.

Read the chant twice.

Step 2 Presentation 1.

Meet the characters of todays’ story. 2.

2 questions. Q1: Why was he unhappy? Q2: Why did he write to Robin? 3.

Look at some samples of email. 4.

Focus on email addresses and do a dectation. 5.

Read this email and finish Read and tick.

Read together and learn the new words, such as Dec., just, moved, dirty, everywhere, live, nature park.

Step 3 Consolidation 1.

Listen and read the dialogue sentence by sentence. 2.

Look at the stucture of this letter. 3.

Read a picture book Emma’s new house.

Step 4 Homework 1. Write an email to Robin. 2. Listen to the record for at least 20 minutes. 3. Complete Basic training Unit 6 Part B.
