Teaching aims
1. By using courseware, creating English scene and working in groups,
students can listen, say and read five words: cookies; hamburger; cake; bread; candies.
2. Students can understand, say and use: Can I have some cookies? Sure,
here you are. Sorry, not now.
3. Students can ask for food in real life situation. 4. Motivate students’ interests in learning English.

Do you like apples? 师生问好,拉近师生间举例,创造和谐课堂氛围。
通过chant,学生能复习食物,表达对食物的喜欢与否,为本节课的学习打好基础,同
时也能让学生找到说英语的感觉。
Step II Presentation and practice 1. T: Let’s have a party today. I have some food in my bag. Who wants to touch and guess?
2. S: Is it a…?
T: Yes, it is. / No, it isn't.
T: Do you like...?
S: Yes, I do. / No, I don’t.
T: If you want to eat, you can say “ Can I have a …?”
Teacher writes the sentence “ Can
I have a …?” Then, teacher guides students to ask and gives food for them by saying “ Sure. Here you are.”
拿出一个神秘的装满食物的包袋,一下吸引到学生们的注意力,再让学生通过触摸猜测食物,用学过的单词引出本节课的核心句型。为学生创设一个真实的情境,通过真实的情境、真实的水果、真实的表演,让学生理解核心句型的含义,并激发学生的兴趣。
3. T: Besides bananas and pears, I also prepare another food for you. Let’s guess.
Teacher uses “phonics” to present the word “hamburger”. By learning the new word, students can ask for a hamburger to eat. 设置悬念,通过自然拼读法,

5. Before listening to the radio, students are given a question “ Can I have some
_____? ” Students need to listen and answer.

(Learning the new words cookies and the usage of some and a) 时钟报时,学生听到Jimmy肚子饿的声音,在这样的情景下理解句子“I’m hungry.”
并能声情并茂加上动作说出来。然后听录音,回答问题。对课文进行处理。通过听音模仿、角色扮演、快速记忆等方式加深对课文的记忆理解

Every one has three cards: cake, bread, candies. Learning the new words first. And then paly a game. One student pick up a card from another student’s hand, and saying “ Can I have some…?” If the food
he/she say is the same as the food he/she pick, the partner should give him/her the card and say “ Sure, here you are.
2. Game time--- Group work Play the same game in different groups. The winner can earn
one point for their group. 抽取卡片的游戏需要两两组队,说的同时抽取卡片,如果说和抽到的卡片是同一种食物,则获胜,对方说Sure. Here you are. 反之,则对方获胜,对方保留卡片,并说Sorry, not now. 这样充满趣味性和比赛性的游戏环节会极大的激发学生的兴趣,不知不觉中巩固运用核心语言
3. Caicai’s day
Teacher introduces Caicai to students. And show Caicai’s day from morning to evening. There are five situations, students need to tell if Caicai can eat food in different situation.

---_______________. 老师向学生介绍一个新朋友菜菜,通过菜菜的一天,让学生来结合具体的情境判断,菜菜当下能不能得到食物。这是总结升华运用的阶段,学生需要认真思考真实生活中发生的情景,在真正理解本节课知识的基础上,说出正确回答。
4. Ask for food in the plane

飞机点餐,这是真实场景的再现。英语的学习离不开日常生活,要学以致用,让学生在运用中巩固知识,获得成就感。
