Lesson 6 Danny Is Lost!

1. 教学内容分析

本单元主要围绕“坐火车去北京旅行”的话题展开。重点学习了

Please don’t祈使句的否定形式；问句 Would you like some…? 现在进行时态；如何在火车站及其它场合制止不当行为；如何表达饮食意愿；如何描述火车上正在发生的事情等。本课是一节故事课，是对本单元内容的整合复习。

2. 学情分析

学生已经基本掌握了本单元主要内容，初步有了整体感知，只要突破难点障碍，学生就能够迅速了解故事梗概。五年级大部分学生的英语学习态度还比较积极，有一定的表现力，学生也具有了一定的知识储备，语言输出灵活，表演有创意，教师在教学设计中一定要充分利用到这个特点，设计好排演、表演环节，激发他们表演的欲望，使他们把本篇故事的主旨理解地更加透彻。

3.教学目标

（1）能够在图片帮助下理解故事内容，把握中心思想。

（2）能够按照正确的意群及语音、语调朗读故事。

（3）能够在图片的提示和教师的帮助下表演故事，能恰当运用故事中的语言，在学习故事的过程中提高语言水平。

4.教学过程

告诉学生每组回答问题后加星，最后评出优胜小组

Step 1：Prepare to read

（1）教师和学生进行自由对话，启发学生说出在火车站等车时可以做的事情。

T: Good morning, boys and girls. Ss: Good morning, Mrs. Liu. T: Now let’s begin our class. Look at the picture. What can you see in the picture? What is it? Where is it? (It’s a train station.) T: If you want to take a train, you’ll go to the train station. Right? T: What can you do at the train station when you are waiting for the train? （通过幻灯片提示）You can read books, read the newspaper, get the tickets, say goodbye to your family or friends. （让学生了解在火车站可以做的事情）

（2）启发学生说出在火车站不能做的事情。

T:What can’t you do at the train station? （通过幻灯片提示）：Don’t run, Don’t forget (忘记) your bag, Don’t crowd. （3）将在火车站可做和不可做的事情梳理、提炼，让学生再次复习表达。

（幻灯片出示表格）

T: You can’t do like this. But Danny does. Today we are going

to read a story about Danny.（板书课题）It happens at the train station. Step 2：Read ( 1 ) 给学生三个问题，听课文找到答案，让学生初步了解故事情节。

T: Ok, let’s look, I have some questions about the story. The first who is going to Beijing? The second How do they go to Beijing? The last what happens to Danny? （2）

播放录音，给图片标号。（Task1）让学生进一步了解故事情节。

T: Ok, please take out of your learning notes, let’s look at task one, listen and number. （3）

订正答案。（幻灯片出示答案）

（4）看图说话。（幻灯片逐一出示图片）教师可就图片提出相关问题，帮助学生深入理解故事情节。

图 1：T：Can you say something about this picture? Ss: .... Who drives them to the train station? Ss；Mr.Li Is Mr.Li going to Beijing? Ss: No. 图 2： T: Where are they? Ss: They are in the train station. What is LingMing doing? Ss: LingMing gets the tickets.. 图3： T：What does Jenny say? Ss:Where is Danny? I can’t find Danny. What does Mr.Li say? Ss: Don’t worry, I can find Danny.

图4： T: What is Mr.Li doing? Ss: Mr.Li looks for Danny at the train station。

Where is Danny? What is Danny doing? 图5： T；Mr.Li find Danny. What does Mr. Li say to Danny? 图6: T: what is Danny doing? 图7： T: What does Jenny say? What does Mr. Li say? What does Li Ming say? What does Danny say? T:Danny is always hungry. He is a little pig. (小贪吃鬼) （5)Read and order.（根据故事情节按先后顺序排序）

(我们应该遵守时间，不迟到。) 2.We will comply with the order in public places. (我们要在公共场所遵守秩序。) 评出优胜小组。
