教材简解:

本单元故事篇主要是讲今昔对比,将迈克、迈克的父母以及迈克的爷爷今昔的生活进行对比。通过对比,让学生掌握一般过去时和一般现在时的区别,并通过这样的感性对比,认识到生活的变化,从而能从自身的角度出发,来谈谈自己、家庭、学校和城市的今昔对比。

教学目标:

通过本课学习,学生能:

1.了解一些事物如mobile phone, telephone, newspaper, radio 等,知晓一些短语表达,如write letters to friends, read newspapers for news, do shopping 等。

2.掌握一些动词过去式,如read-read, write-wrote, make-made 等。

3.辨别Mike一家人的生活上的今昔对比。

4.能联系自己和周围环境,谈谈今昔对比。

重点、难点:

1.短语的表达,如read newspapers for news, use the telephone to call people等。

2.动词过去式的掌握。

3.谈谈自已、家庭、学校和城市的今昔对比。

教学过程:

Step 1: Learn the new things.

T: Boys and girls, I have something interesting for you to learn. Let’s have a look. It’s a TV. And this is a mobile phone.

(根据PPT上展示的图片新授a TV a mobile phone an e-book a newspaper a computer a telephone an MP4 a radio )

Step 2: Play a guessing game.

Riddle1: Now, you can listen to music, make friends, do shopping and call anywhere(随处,到处) with it. ---A mobile phone

Riddle2: Twenty years ago, people used (use使用) it to call people at home and in the office(办公室). ---A telephone

Riddle3: Ten years ago, many people listened to music and news(新闻) with it. ---A radio
