教学内容:Part B start to read Let’s check & part C story time 教学目标:1、know about “story time” and try to say it with yourself

2、finish the: “ start to read” and “let’s check”

教学重点:加深对he和she的区别认识,并强化对student 和teacher 的听说认读

教学难点:理解story, 并弄懂wait a minute 的意思

教学准备:录音机、磁带、挂图

教学过程

Step 1 Warming up &revision

1.sing: Let’s chant

2.make a short dialogue

Fx: S1:Hello, S2. This is S3. He is a student. S3, this is S2. She is a teacher.

S2: Nice to meet you.

S3: Nice to meet you, too. Where are you from?

S2: I’m from the USA. What about you?

S3: I’m from Australia.

3.看图说单词

Step 2 Presentation &Practice

1.start to read

(1)Introduce myself

1).Fx: My name’s Amy. I’m from China. I’m 10 years old. I like cat. I have two friends. This is John. He’s a boy. He’s a student. This is Alice. She is an English theacher.

2).use the same way to introduce your friends.

(2)Read and tick

1). 出示挂图,对图中人物进行介绍(名字和国家)

2)学生根据老师的介绍,用英文句子描述图中的人物

3)finish the “Read and tick”

2.story time

(1)Write down some new knowledge on the blackboard: clever, wait a minute! Cam you read this? 进行逐一解释,并带领学生热读

(2)播放故事录音,让学生听音,并逐句翻译,模仿诵读。

(3)让学生尝试看图retell the story

Step 3 Extentation &Consolidation

1.Let’s check

(1). Review the main sentences and dialogues

a. ---Welcome back! Nice to meet you. ---Nice to meet you, too.

b. ---Boys and girls, we have two new friends today.

---Hi, I’m Amy. I’m from the UK.

---Hi, I’m Zhangpeng. I’m from Shandong.

a.where are you from? ---I’m from the UK.

b.---This is Mr. Jones. He’s a teacher.

---This is Amy. She’s a student.

(2) Listen to the tape, finish the “Listen and number”

(3) Look and match

1) review the two chants

2) introduce your friends with she or he

3) finish the “Look and match” and let students to describe them

2.Have a rest

2) Read and write
